Returns and Refund Policy

Quality is the cornerstone of our brand and your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact or call +974 50390059 within five days of receiving your order, for assistance with a replacement or exchange. Please note that you will be asked to provide photographic evidence.

Replacements or exchanges will only be provided in the following instances:

  • The incorrect goods have been shipped.

  • The goods are defective.

  • The goods have been damaged during the delivery process.

As our products are of a perishable nature, reserves the rights to reject your claim if the requested evidence is not sufficient and/or has not be provided within the prescribed period of five days.

If accepts your claim, a replacement order shall be sent to you within two days after acceptance of the claim. Refunds will only be given in the event that a replacement is not possible. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of the claim being accepted and the refund can only be processed directly to the method of payment used for the original order.

If there is a delivery failure which is as a result of your error, such as providing an incorrect address or not being available at the time of delivery, shall not be held responsible. Any shipments that are returned or require re-routing will be subject to reshipment charges which you shall be liable for.
